At the beginning of any project a detailed briefing takes place during which the personal and professional specifications of the profile are discussed with the client.

In the next step the adequate search strategy is selected. This includes for instance the discrete approach, an advertisement in selected media or a combination of both methods.

The basis for every direct search is an inclusive target firm list that includes relevant companies and / or institutions.

In a next step the relevant candidates are identified and addressed discretely for the open position. Additionally we can depend on our long-standing network and simultaneously gather references.
